This is a letter of recommendation concerning the job Sara Yap has done for us as a real-estate agent.

 

   Over the years I have been involved with different real estate agents and companies, but our finding Sara as our agent was a God send and with out her and the help of her son we would have surely not have found the property we were looking for in our time frame.

 

   If there anyone looking for a professional agent and cares about the people she helps Sara is the one, Let me explain, we were looking for a home near the east coast, our problem was property was selling so fast and we lived so far away we had no time to look at anything as homes were being sold as soon as they came on the market. With Sara"s persistence and dedication to finding us a beautiful home she was able to find just what we were looking for within out price range. This home had just came on the market within the last hour, and the sellers would not take any offers unless it was looked at by the buyers, well needless to say that left us out , but Sara went herself to look at the property and took videos of the home and we were then able to make an offer that the sellers accepted.

 

   I cannot say enough about Sara and her professionalism and knowing real estate as she does, Sara had helped us tru finding the home we were looking for, tru the sale, and helped us tru the worst part, dealing with the loan offers and the underwriters and closing.
